　　我很高兴收到您1月17日和2月9日的两封来信，因为工作忙，迟复为歉！得知您仍然健康地工作我很开心。我在2023年下半年给您回过信和写过信，可能是您身体健康和休假的原因，您是否看到？

中法是两个友好大国，两国元首和高官都在近期的重要时间和重大节日里有良好的互动和交流，他们给世界的和平发展带来许多正能量。

　　您所提到的联合国秘书长安东尼奥•古特雷斯先生所谈到的关于文化和旅游的重要性，以及2024巴黎奥运会给世界旅游业发展带来巨大机会和世界旅游组织秘书长祖拉布·波洛利卡什维利的有关重视国际社团发展的观点我都清楚地明白：世界酒店联盟和国际旅游与酒店联合总会作为联合国经社部所属的国际社团应该在新时期有多合作，并进一步为世界文化和旅游业发展做出更多有益的贡献。

　　今年是中国传统龙年，我们刚刚过完中国传统佳节——“春节”。谢谢您对我们的长期关心与支持，您既是国际旅游与酒店联合总会创始主席（我也是共同创始人），同时也是世界酒店联盟名誉主席，您将长期担任这一职务，您的工作敬业精神和国际影响力完全能使我们继续向您学习，并允许我们长期聘请您。我们俩共同祝福世界酒店联盟和国际旅游与酒店联合总会龙年大吉！

　　尊敬的主席先生，世界范围内的国际旅游业务正逐步恢复，我相信在不远的时间里，您和我将会在巴黎，或者在北京能再次见面欢聚，共商全球文化和旅游交流发展工作计划。

Dear President of Dominique,

I am very glad to receive your letters dated January 17 and February 9.I am very busy with my work and apologize for the late reply.I am glad to know that you are still healthy and working.I wrote back to you in the second half of 2023,probably because of your health and vacation.If you see those emails,please let me know.

China and France are two big friendly countries.The heads of state and senior officials of the two countries have had good interactions and exchanges on important occasions and festivals recently,which have brought a lot of positive energy to world peace and development.

You mentioned the importance of culture and tourism mentioned by UN Secretary-General Mr.Antonio GUTTERES,the huge opportunities that the 2024 Paris Olympic Games will bring to the development of world tourism,and the views of the Secretary-General of the World Tourism Organization Mr.Zurab POLOLIKASHVILI on the importance of the development of international communities.The WHA and the FIHOTO,as international organizations affiliated to the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs,should cooperate more in the new era and further make more beneficial contributions to the development of world culture and tourism.

This year is the traditional Chinese Year of the Dragon,and we have just finished the traditional Chinese festival-"Spring Festival".Thank you for your continued interest and support.You are the founding President of the FIHOTO and the Honorary President of the WHA.You will continue to serve in this role for a long time.Your dedication and international influence fully enable us to continue to learn from you and allow us to retain you for a long time.We both wish the World Hotel Federation and the International Federation of Tourism and Hotels a happy New Year!

The international tourism industry is gradually recovering around the world,and I believe that you and I will meet again in Paris or Beijing in the near future to discuss the global culture.
